Aidan Homes - Building Process

Aidan Homes goes through a rigorous due diligence process with every potential investment client. This is a key requirement for our team in taking on any new home construction project as our clients and alliance partners are the most important assets we have. Aidan Homes reputation and integrity are paramount thus our custom investment homes and services must produce financially beneficial results. We can also buid your custom home on your lot.
Steps 1-5 consist of:

STEP 1 Getting to know each other

At Aidan Homes we feel it’s necessary that we first get to know each other and find out what you as the homeowner is expecting from a home. Try to get your mind moving in the direction that you will be building a custom home and you can have anything you want.

STEP 2 Designing a Home, Finding a lot and Financing

We have several custom home plans to choose from or you can meet with our designers and create your own.
After we have decided on a plan we can find a lot that meets your needs. If you already own a lot we will build on your lot.
Once we have your lot and home plans we will provide you with the budget. After agreeing on a budget we will have your new home appraised and then look for the best options of financing the construction of your new home.

STEP 3 Construction Meeting

At this time we will review your plan and introduce our construction team giving you the option to understand everything that goes into this process.

STEP 4 Construction Process

Aidan homes follows a home building schedule that is created for each individual home buyer that has pre-schedule meeting with our construction superintendant and construction manager.

STEP 5 Complete

Upon completion of your home, Aidan Homes will take you on a detailed walk through and answer any questions you may have about your home.
